Service Fee
Your Online Genie charges a fee for its service. The percentage is determined by the bracket your Total Order Value falls under. Our Service Fee includes PayPal fees.
$50 - $250 = 20%
$250 - $650 = 15%
$650 - $1000 = 12%
$1000 - $1500 = 10%
$1500 upward = 8%
(Minimum Order is $50).


BACKORDERED / OUT OF STOCK

Occasionally an item may be out of stock or backordered. If your entire order is out of stock, your order will be cancelled. Sometimes, part of an order may be out of stock or backordered by the store. We will notify you via email.

We are not responsible for delays in your order due to backorder situations. Shipments will be made when all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse. We do not make partial shipments.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX
Merchants that have a presence in the State of California are required by law to collect Sales Tax. This sales tax will be included in your order. Although your order will be shipped outside of the US, we are required by law to collect this tax as the products will be first shipped to our warehouse in California.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be cancelled once payment is made.

CURRENCY
All transactions made are in United States Dollars. An exchange rate into your local currency may be made by Paypal on the date of transaction. Therefore your credit card statement might show the transaction in your local currency. However it will be the equivalent of US dollars for that day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders that are placed will include domestic shipping charges as applied by the retailer for delivery from the retailer to our warehouse.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Applicable duties and taxes (including value added tax), will be the responsibility of the recipient in the destination country. If your shipment is rejected by you because of customs clearance charges, or is returned to our warehouse due to restrictions your country has in place regarding the importation of the goods you purchased with our assistance, you will be held liable for return shipment and all other fees incurred by us that are associated with that return.

INSURANCE
All orders are insured against loss or damage. The cost of this insurance will be included in your shipping fee. The parcel will be insured for the FULL amount. Under no circumstances, will we under-insure a parcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As shipping rates vary, shipping fees will based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Please note domestic transit times involved in from the supplier to our premises. Also, an estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. Your Online Genie cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
We make no warranty or guarantees that the warranty on the product will be valid once shipped outside the USA. Some manufacturer warranties will still be valid, and others will not, therefore shipping outside the USA may make the warranty void.

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Rarely, an item is restricted from International shipment. If this is the case you will be notified and your order will be cancelled. You are responsible for all expenses related to any and all items which are restricted from delivery to your country due to your country's customs or laws. We reserve the right to refuse fulfillment of any product, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance to any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times, even after an order confirmation has been placed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please do not contact the original Internet retailer. Please read and make sure that you agree with the return/exchange policy of the retailer(s) you are ordering from. Each Internet retailer may have a different return/exchange policy, which you will need to adhere to, in order for us to process the return or exchange. We charge a restocking fee of $25 for any exchange or returns.

Shipping and any duties and taxes associated with the return will be the sole responsibility of the client. All fees, including shipping and handling, are non-refundable. However, the original price of the merchandise may be refundable, based upon the individual policy of the Internet retailer(s) you were ordering from. An eligible return will be based upon the individual return/exchange policy of the online retailer(s) you were ordering from. You may receive a refund only for the original purchase price of the merchandise minus restocking fee (if applicable), shipment costs for the items sent back to the retailer(s), as well as any associated duties and taxes. For eligible exchange, you must pay all shipping and handling fees that will be due which includes shipping from our warehouse back to the retailer and the exchanged product’s shipping from the retailer back to our warehouse and shipping back to you.

In order to return or exchange merchandise, please follow all of the instructions below:

  1. You must obtain an RMA number in order to return or exchange. In order to do so, contact us via email stating the reason for return and exchange. We will then issue an RMA number. Only returns and exchanges with the RMA will be accepted.
  2. Inside your return package, include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, and circle all of the items you are returning/exchanging. Specify whether you wish to apply for a refund or to exchange the merchandise. If exchanging, please indicate what size, color, and style you want to exchange for.
  3. Package the merchandise securely. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, or else the package may be refused.
  4. You must ship the merchandise back to us via a trackable shipping method. You must insure the merchandise for the full retail value. We are unable to process or reimburse you for a return shipment lost or damaged while in transit to us.
